150gm Udang
150gm Stick Ketam
50gm Suhun
Rice paper wrappers
Daun salad
Sengkuang cina
Lobak merah
Timun Jepun

Cara membuat

1. Rebus udang, ketam dan suhun sehingga masak dan toskan.
2. Potong kesemua sayur dalam bentuk “julienne cut”,
3. Rendam Rice paper wrappers dalam 1 saat dan angkat.
4. Masukkan kesemua bahan ke Rice paper wrappers dan balut.
5. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
