Udang Pedas dengan Tauhu Telur

Hidangan Untuk: 4 orang
Masa Penyediaan: 15 minit     Masa Memasak: 25 minit

BAHAN-BAHAN:
16 ekor udang harimau, dibuang kulit dan urat
1 paket tauhu telur, dipotong bulat 1cm
6 keping halia muda, dipotong halus memanjang
4 ulas bawang putih } dikisar
1 batang serai }
1/3 cawan ADABI Seafood Flavoured Sauce
2 sudu besar ADABI sos cili
2½ sudu besar tepung jagung, dicampur 3 sudu besar air
2 sudu besar pes cili
1 sudu besar jus limau nipis
100ml air
5 tangkai daun ketumbar, dicincang halus
Garam dan gula secukup rasa

CARA MEMBUAT:
1. Atur udang dan tauhu di dalam pinggan tahan panas, ketepikan.
2. Jerang semua bahan kecuali udang, tauhu dan daun ketumbar sehingga mendidih.
3. Tuangkan ke atas udang dan tauhu.
4. Kukus selama 12-15 minit atau sehingga masak.
5. Taburkan daun ketumbar kemudian hidangkan.
