Tom Yum Fried Rice



500g Rice
5 Crab sticks
1/2 Onion
2 cloves Garlic
1 stick Lemongrass
3 Kaffir Lime Leaves
1 Red Chili
5 Prawns
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 cup Mixed vegetables
3 tbsp Oil



  1. Saute onions and garlic in a pan with some oil.
  2. Add in lemongrass and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add in the chili, prawn and crab sticks then pour in oyster sauce.
  4. Add rice into the pan the stir until well mixed.
  5. Finally, add in the kaffir lime leaves.
