Tauhu Begedil

– Air
– Garam
– 300GM kentang
– 400GM daging cincang
– 50GM daun bawang
– 50GM bawang
– 1 sudu garam
– 1 sudu lada hitam
– 150GM tauhu goreng
– 2 biji telur
– 1 sudu tepung ubi

1. Rebus kentang sehigga empuk dan lenyekkannya.
2. Goreng daging cincang sehingga masak.
3. Masukkan kesemua bahan dan gaul sehingga rata.
4. Potong tauhu dan buang isi didalamnya.
5. Buat bebola bahan yang sudah digaul dan masukkan kedalam tauhu yang dipotong.
6. Kacau telur bersama tepung ubi.
7. Celup tauhu yang sudah disumbat ke dalam telur dan gorengkan sehingga masak.

– Salt
– 300GM Potatoes
– 400GM grind meat
– 50GM spring onion
– 50GM onion
– 1TBSP salt
– 1TBSP black paper
– 150GM fried tofu
– 2 egg
– 1TBSP tapioca starch

1. Boils potatoes till soft and mash it.
2. Cook the grind meat.
3. Mix all the ingredients into one bowl.
4. Cut the fried tofu and discard the filling.
5. Make a ball shape from the method ‘3’ and stuff inside the fried tofu.
6. Mix egg and tapioca starch.
7. Dip the fried tofu into the egg and deep fry it.
