1 piece bread
100ml MPOC Palm Milk
80g instant oats
150ml hot water
½ teaspoon baking soda
140g wheat flour
150 – 170ml water
20g dried shrimp, soaked and mashed
1 red chilli, cut
4 leeks, sliced thinly
MPOC oil, to fry
Salt to taste
- Shred the bread and soak with coconut milk. Leave for 10 minutes.
- Mix the oats with hot water and leave for 10 minutes.
- Mix the ingredients until well incorporated.
- Scoop the mixture into hot oil.
- Once golden brown, remove it from the oil.
