Spicy Oat Fritters Recipe



1 piece bread

100ml MPOC Palm Milk

80g instant oats

150ml hot water

½ teaspoon baking soda

140g wheat flour

1 egg

150 – 170ml water

20g dried shrimp, soaked and mashed

1 red chilli, cut

4 leeks, sliced thinly

MPOC oil, to fry

Salt to taste


Cara membuatnya: 

  1. Shred the bread and soak with coconut milk. Leave for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix the oats with hot water and leave for 10 minutes.
  3. Mix the ingredients until well incorporated.
  4. Scoop the mixture into hot oil.
  5. Once golden brown, remove it from the oil.
