Sotong Kicap Lada Hitam

Bahan-Bahan

500 gm sotong sederhana besar1 labu bawang besar (dipotong gelang)2 sudu besar lada hitam1 daun ketumbar1 biji tomato – dibelah 44 sudu kicapGaram secukup rasa

Bahan Tumis:

3 ulas bawang merah – dihiris2 ulas bawang putih – dihiris1 tangkai cili merah – dihiris serong1 tangkai cili hijau- dihiris serong

Cara Memasak:

1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, dan tumiskan bahan tumis hingga layu.

2. Masukkan lada hitam, bawang besar.kacau sebentar.Masukkan sotong dan biarkan masak sekejap sambil dibalik-balikkan.

3. Masukkan kicap manis dan garam secukup rasa.Tutup api dan taburkan daun ketumbar.

4. Siap untuk hidangan.
