4 ulas Bawang Putih

Cili Padi

Belacan

Carrot

Brocolli

Cauliflower

Mushroom

Kacang Panjang

 

Cara membuatnya: 

  1. Tumbuk bawang putih, cili padi dan belacan sehingga halus.
  2. Tumis dengan minyak dan masukkan sedikit minyak bijan.
  3. Masukkan penambah perisa Ajinomoto dan secubit garam.
  4. Masukkan semua sayur.
  5. Kacau sebati dan masukkan telur puyuh yang sudah direbus.
  6. Letak sedikit lada putih.
  7. Akhir sekali, taburkan bawang goreng dan ia siap untuk dihidang.
