Sangkaya

Siapa yang pernah makan tahu lah macam mana sedapnya Sangkaya ini. Dengan bau pandan yang sangat harum dan membangkitkan selera. Senang saja nak masak resepi ini rupanya 🙂

Bahan-bahan
7 helai daun pandan
2 cup air
1 biji telur
4 sudu gula melaka
2 sudu gula
1 sudu tepung jagung
25ml santan
Pewarna hijau

Cara membuat
1. Masukkan daun pandan ke dalam blender, air dan kisarkan sehingga hancur.
2. Tapiskan air pandan ke dalam periuk dengan api perlahan.
3. Masukkan telur, gula, gula melaka, santan, tepung jagung dan pewarna hijau.
4. Kacau sehingga pekat.
5. Sangkaya sedia untuk dihidang.
