Sago Gula Melaka

Bahan
1 liter air
300 gram sago
1 1/2 blok gula melaka
4 sudu gula
1 helai daun pandan
Susu cair

Cara
1. Rendam sago selama 1 jam.
2. Panaskan 1 liter air kemudian masukkan sago. Apabila masak tapiskan sago.
3. Masukkan pewarna merah ke dalam sago dan gaul sehingga warnanya sekata. Letakkan pada loyang dan ratakan, masukkan ke dalam peti ais.
4. Masukkan 250ml air, kemudian 1 1/2 blok gula melaka, 4 sudu gula dan daun pandan. Masak sehingga bahan tersebut larut.
5. Potong sago mengikut saiz hidangan, masukkan gula melaka yang telah dimasak dan susu cair.
