Roti Jala Kaya Roll

Serikan waktu berbuka puasa anda dengan resepi Roti Jala Kaya Roll 🙂
Resepi ini disediakan dengan kerjasama Yeo’s Malaysia

Bahan-bahan:

450 gm cawan tepung gandum
2 ½  sudu besar minyak masak
1 sudu kecil garam
1 biji telur
4 cawan air/santan/susu segar
Sedikit pewarna kuning
Kaya Yeo’s secukupnya

Cara membuat:

1. Gaul dan kisarkan semua bahan di atas hingga sebati.

2. Kalau nak tahu adunan dah boleh dijala atau belum, cuba masukkan sesenduk ke dalam acuan. Kalau keluarnya tak putus-putus maknanya sudah boleh di jala menggunakan kuali non stick.

3. Kalau aduan pekat, tambahkan sedikit air sehingga boleh dijala.

4. Lepas jala atas kuali biarkan selama beberapa saat.

5. Apabila sudah masak, tak perlu diterbalikkan. Terus sahaja diangkat dan digulung bersama Seri Kaya Yeo’s.
