Cara – cara: 

  1. Panaskan minyak dalam kuali dan masukkan bawang merah, bawang putih dah cili. Tumis.
  2. Kemudian, masukkan udang dan kacau sehingga masak.
  3. Masukkan kacang buncis, lobak merah, bawang besar, cili dan air.
  4. Biarkan masak dan letakkan garam, Ajinomoto dan tepung jagung yang sudah dilarut bersama air.
