Bahan – bahan:

1 bungkus mee kuning

300 gm isi ayam

1500ml air

160 gm fish ball

1 ketul kiub ayam

3 biji telur

Sayur sawi

Bunga kobis

Serbuk Lada sulah AJI-SHIO

Garam secukup rasa

Serbuk perasa

Bahan hiasan:

Daun sup

Cili merah

Bawang goreng

Limau nipis

Sambal kicap @ sos cili

Bahan tumis:

5 ulas Bawang putih

2 ulas Bawang merah

6 biji Cili api

2 sudu makan rempah sup

1 senduk Minyak masak

.

Cara membuatnya:

Panaskan minyak dalam kuali, tumis Bawang putih, Bawang merah dan Cili yang telah ditumbuk sehingga naik bau.

Masukkan isi ayam dan kacau rata. Apabila ayam dah separuh masak, masukkan air.

Apabila kuah dah hampir mendidih, masukkan kiub ayam, fish ball, sayur sawi, bunga kobis dan serbuk Lada sulah AJI-SHIO dan kacau rata.

Apabila sayur dah hampir layu, masukkan telur, garam dan perasa. Perlahankan api. Bila telur dah masak, tutup api dan hidang bersama mee kuning yang sudah dicelur.
