Resepi Ayam Masak Lada Hitam




3 sudu besar minyak masak

3 biji bawang merah (dihiris)

2 ulas bawang putih (diketuk)

2 biji cili merah (dibelah & diketuk)

2 sudu besar sos tiram

2 sudu besar sos cili

4 sudu besar kicap manis

2 sudu besar Lada Hitam Berperisa AJI-SHIO

4 ketul ayam

1/2 cawan air



1. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, & cili merah sehingga naik bau

2. Masukkan sos tiram, sos cili, kicap manis, & Lada Hitam Berperisa AJI-SHIO

3. Masukkan ayam & air

4. Biarkan mereneh sehingga ayam masak dan kuah menjadi pekat. Siap!
