INGREDIENTS

Garnish –
Pate
1 cup Micro-herbs
1 cup assorted blooms
2 cups cosmos, cut
1 cup carmelised onion Salt & Pepper, to season

Base –
1 Baguette, sliced 1/4”
1/2 Cup Olive oil

 

METHODS

• Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius. Brush oil on to both sides of the sliced baguette. Place on tray and bake for 15 mins.
• Let cool on baking sheets, then top first with pate. Next add cosmos followed by carmel- ised onion.
Complete garnish with micro-herb & as- sorted blooms. Sprinkle salt and pepper to season
