Puding Koktel Jagung

Selalu kita buat koktel campuran buah, apa kata kali ini kita cuba sesuatu kelainan iaitu Puding Koktel Jagung.

Bahan-bahan untuk Resepi Puding Koktel Jagung :

– 200 gm Krimer Manis Pekat SAJI
– 500 ml Krimer Sejat Cair SAJI
– 3 Sudu Krimer Manis Berperisa Jagung SAJI
– Serbuk Agar- Agar
– 100 ml Putih Telur
– 1 tin Besar Buah Koktel

Cara Penyediaan :

1. Di dalam periuk , campurkan serbuk agar-agar bersama Krimer Pekat Manis SAJI, Krimer Sejat Cair SAJI, berserta Krimer Manis Berperisa Jagung SAJI. Biarkan separuh panas

2. Kemudian pukul putih telur sehingga kental dan gebu. Kemudian campurkan bersama agar-agar yang dimasak tadi dan kacau sebati.

3.Tuangkan separuh kedalam mangkuk acuan. Kemudian tapis buah koktel dan taburkan buahnya atas adunan puding menutupi koktel

4. Sejukkan dalam peti ais sehingga keras dan padat. Hiaskan sebelum dihidang.
