Air Laici
Serbuk Koko
Susu Pekat
Agar-agar

Cara-cara

1. Masukkan 500ml air Eau Claire kedalam periuk
2. Masukkan agar-agar
3. Kacau agar-agar sehingga larut bersama air
4. Tapis agar-agar yang telah larut
5. Masak semula agar-agar yang telah ditapiskan ke dalam periuk
6. Masukkan air laici
7. Masukkan gula, susu pekat, kacau seketika
8. Masukkan serbuk koko dan kacau seketika
9. Masukkan buah laici, kacau seketika dan tutup api
10. Masukkan kedalam bekas untuk disejukkan dalam peti sejuk selama 30-40 minit
11. Sedia untuk dihidangkan
