Mee Kari

Bahan-Bahan :

600g mee kuning (dicelur dan ditoskan)

100g isi udang (dicelur)

100g isi kerang (dicelur)

4 helai sawi (dicelur)

50g taugeh (dicelur)

3 biji telur (direbus dan dibelah dua)

2 biji cili merah (dipotong serong dan nipis)

30g daun sup (dihiris nipis)

2 sudu besar bawang goreng

Bahan-bahan (A) : dikisar

2 biji bawang besar

2 ulas bawang putih

1 inci halia

1 batang serai

6 tangkai cili kering (direbus)

100ml air

Bahan-bahan Kuah Kari :

¾ cawan Minyak Masak SAJI

½ cawan Krimer Sejat Cair

½ sudu kecil Garam Gunung SAJI

4 sudu besar rempah kari daging (digaul bersama sedikit air)

250g isi ayam

2 sudu kecil asam jawa (dilarutkan dengan 4 cawan air)

1 sudu kecil gula

6 biji bebola ikan

6 biji tauhu pok (dibelah dua).

Cara Menyediakan :

1. Panaskan Minyak Masak SAJI,tumiskan bahan-bahan (A) bersama pes rempah kari sehingga pecah minyak.

2. Masukkan isi ayam dan biarkan ianya separuh masak

3. Masukkan air asam jawa dan kacau rata. Masukkan Krimer Sejat Cair SAJI dan biarkan mendidih seketika

4. Masukkan bebola ikan, Garam Gunung SAJI serta gula. Masukkan tauhu pok.

5. Masukkan sebahagian mee kuning didalam mangkuk , tuangkan kuah dan hiaskan bahan-bahan iringan
