Masa Penyediaan: 20 minit          Masa Memasak: 15 minit

Bahan-bahan:
¼ cawan minyak
1 cawan isi udang
2 cawan lala
1 paket mi kuning
10 tangkai sawi, dipotong 3cm
1½ cawan taugeh, dibuang ekor
10 tangkai daun kucai, dipotong 3cm
2 biji cili merah, dipotong serong
Garam secukupnya

Bahan Kisar
4 ulas bawang merah
3 ulas bawang putih
2 sudu besar udang kering, direndam
1 sudu besar pes cili ADABI
2 sudu kecil ADABI rempah kari ikan

Bahan Sos
¼ cawan ADABI Seafood Flavoured Sauce
2 sudu besar ADABI sos cili
1 sudu besar ADABI kicap manis

 

Cara Membuat:
1. Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali. Tumis bahan kisar sehingga terbit bau.
2. Campurkan bahan sos, udang, sotong dan kepah, kacau rata.
3. Apabila makanan laut masak, masukkan mi, sawi, taugeh, daun kucai dan cili merah.
4. Masak sehingga sawi layu.
5. Tambah garam dan gula secukup rasa.
