Ketam Cili Ala Cina

Bahan-bahan yang diperlukan:

  1. 2 ekor ketam yang telah dibersihkan
  2. 3 sudu besar sos sili
  3. 1 sudu besar sos tomato
  4. 2 biji telur yang dipukul
  5. 2 tangkai cili merah(dicincang)
  6. 5 ulas bawang kecil(dicincang)
  7. 3 ulas bawang putih(dicincang)
  8. 3 inci halia(dicincang)
  9. 3 cawan minyak masak
  10. Sedikit garam dan gula

 

Cara membuatnya:

1.Mula-mula gaul ketam dgn garam

2.Panaskan minyak di dalam kuali, goreng ketam sehingga masak dan diketepikan.

3.Kemudian panaskan sedikit minyak untuk menumis. Masukan bahan yang telah dicincang bersama sos cili dan sos tomato. Gaul seketika sehingga kelihatan sedikit garing.

4.Masukkan garam, gula dan ketam. Gaul sebentar dan masukan telur.

5.Kacau sebati sehingga masak,

6. Ketam cili ala cina sedia untuk dinikmati. Selamat mencuba!
