Kerabu Mi Ala Thai

Khas buat penggemar masakan ala Thai. Resepi Kerabu Mi yang padu, pedas berapi ini akan membuatkan anda nak tambah lagi sepinggan. Tak perlu ke Thailand! 🙂

Bahan-bahan

1 paket mi saji (dicelur dan ditoskan)
1 biji tomato (dipotong dadu)
2 biji cili merah (dihiris)
Segenggam daun ketumbar (dicincang)
6 ekor udang segar (dicelur)
2 sudu teh pes tomyam
1 biji jus limau nipis
Garam secukup rasa

Cara membuat

1. Satukan pes tomyam, jus limau nipi, garam dan gula. Bancuh sehingga sebati.
2. Kemudian masukkan tomato, cili merah dan daun ketumbar. Kacau rata.
3. Seterusnya masukkan mi segera dan udang & sotong yang telah dicelur. Gaul hingga semua bahan mesra.
4. Sedia untuk dinikmati.
