Kari Udang

Anda penggemar masakan kari? Kali ini kami bawakan resepi Kari Udang pula. Jom kita cuba!
Resepi ini disediakan oleh Aida Ariati.

Bahan-bahan:
500 gm udang segar
4 batang kacang panjang
1 biji bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
1/2 sudu halba campur
3 sudu besar rempah kari
1 sudu cili kisar
1 sk pes asam jawa
1 mangkuk santan
Garam secukup rasa

Cara membuat:
1. Hiris bawang besar, bawang putih dan halia.
2. Tumis dalam minyak yang dipanaskan bersama halba campur hingga naik bau.
3. Masukkan cili kisar dan rempah kari. Tumis hingga pecah minyak.
4. Masukkan sedikit air dan asam jawa hingga mendidih. 5. Masukkan udang. Kemudian masukkan santan.
6. Perasakan dengan garam secukup rasa. Sedia untuk dihidangkan
