Panna Cotta

Here is Yesterday's version of Panna Cotta ~ a simple, light and creamy dessert. Top it off with Mango - the luscious tropical flavour of mango pairs beautifully with soft and creamy Panna Cotta.

Ingredients

Ingredients needed :
 500gram Whipping cream 500gramWhipping cream
 500gram Full cream milk 500gramFull cream milk
 100gram Fine sugar 100gramFine sugar
 14gram Gelatine powder 14gramGelatine powder
 52gram Water 52gramWater
 1tbsp Vanilla extract 1tbspVanilla extract

directions

To prepare :

1First mix gelatine powder and water. Set aside.

2Then add full cream milk, whipping cream and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to boil for at least 3 minutes. Then add vanilla extract and mixed gelatine. Let it simmer for awhile until it dissolved.

3After that pour the mixture into the glass and keep overnight.

4Serve with mangoes and honey. Panna Cotta is ready to be served.
