|500gram||Full cream milk|
To prepare :
1First mix gelatine powder and water. Set aside.
2Then add full cream milk, whipping cream and sugar in a saucepan. Bring to boil for at least 3 minutes. Then add vanilla extract and mixed gelatine. Let it simmer for awhile until it dissolved.
3After that pour the mixture into the glass and keep overnight.
4Serve with mangoes and honey. Panna Cotta is ready to be served.
