Daging Masak Hitam With Bamboo Shoot

FULL RECIPES :
1. BEEF TENDERLOIN (INDIAN)
2. ONION
3. TOMATO
4. GINGER
5. 3 SEKAWAN
– CINNAMON STICK
– STAR ANISE
– CARDAMOM
6. LEMONGRASS
7. CORIANDER LEAF
8. CURRY POWDER (BEEF)
9. CURRY LEAVES
10. CHILI PASTE
11. FRESH BAMBOO SHOOT/ CAN
12. SWEET SOY SAUCE
13. DARK SOY SAUCE
14. CHILI PASTE
15. FRESH BAMBOO SHOOT/ CAN
16. SALT
17 GREEN CHILI
18. SUGAR

Method: 
Mise-en place for bamboo shoot :
2. Peel rough outside skin bamboo shoot, slice against the grain and boil 10-15 minute until it soft.

Daging Masak Hitam:
1. Blend onion,lemongrass,ginger into paste.
2. Blend tomatoes.2. Slice Beef.
3. Saute blend ingredients(onion, lemongrass and ginger) together with 3 sekawan and curry leaves. Cook until it’s tranlucent and fragrant.
4. Add in chilli paste , curry powder and cook until it’s cook and fragrant.
5. Add in blend tomatoes.
6. Add in beef and slow cook until beef is tender.
7. Add in sweet soya sauce and little bit of dark soya sauce.
8. Add in slice bamboo shoot and green chillies.
9. Season with little bit of salt and sugar.10. Lastly, garnish with chopped coriander leaf
