Black Pepper Beef

 

Ingredients

300g beef
1 capsicum
2 tbsp black pepper sauce
1 inch ginger
1 onion
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp black pepper
A bit of palm sugar
Salt (to taste)
Oil

 

Method

  1. Slice the beef thinly and cut the capsicum. Crush the garlic and slice the ginger and onion.
  2. Heat the oil then fry the beef until crisp. Add the garlic and ginger then stir until fragrant.
  3. Add the oyster sauce then the black pepper sauce.
  4. Pour in a little water. After stirring, add some palm sugar and pepper.
  5. Add in onions and capsicum and stir until even.
