2 tbsp black pepper sauce
1 inch ginger
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tsp black pepper
A bit of palm sugar
Salt (to taste)
- Slice the beef thinly and cut the capsicum. Crush the garlic and slice the ginger and onion.
- Heat the oil then fry the beef until crisp. Add the garlic and ginger then stir until fragrant.
- Add the oyster sauce then the black pepper sauce.
- Pour in a little water. After stirring, add some palm sugar and pepper.
- Add in onions and capsicum and stir until even.
