Berlado Kentang Bilis

Bahan-Bahan :

• Minyak Masak SAJI

• ½ sudu teh Garam Gunung SAJI

• 100gm ikan bilis –digoreng garing

• 3 biji ubi kentang – dipotong baji dan

digoreng

Bahan-Bahan kisar

• 100gm cili merah dikisar

• 50gm cili padi merah – dikisar

• 1 biji bawang merah –dikisar

Cara Menyediakan :

 Panaskan Minyak Masak SAJI dan tumis bahan kisar hingga garing

 Masukkan Garam Gunung SAJI kacau rata.

 Kemudian masukkan ikan bilis dan kentang yang telah digorengkan

  tadi.

 Gaul rata. Sedia untuk dihidangkan
