Ayam Tumis Daun Kesum

Bahan-Bahan:

3 sudu besar minyak
600g kepingan ayam
2 cawan air
¼ cawan ADABI Seafood Flavoured Sauce
2 sudu besar ADABI sos cili
1 sudu kecil pes asam jawa
200g ubi kentang, dibelah 6
1 biji tomato, dibelah 6
4 tangkai daun kesum
Garam, gula secukup rasa

Bahan Kisar
3 sudu besar pes cili ADABI
1 labu bawang besar
3 ulas bawang putih
1 batang serai
2 cm belacan

 

Cara Membuat
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bahan kisar selama 3 minit.
2. Masukkan ayam, kacau sehingga berubah warna.
3. Tambah air, Seafood Flavoured Sauce, sos cili dan ubi kentang.
4. Apabila mendidih, perlahankan api dan tutup.
5. Masak sehingga ubi kentang empuk.
6. Masukkan pes asam jawa, tomato, daun kesum, garam dan gula.
7. Kacau sekali-sekala sehingga mendidih kemudian angkat.
