Ayam Goreng Tebasaki | Tebasaki Fried Chicken

Bahan:
Ayam dipotong
Tepung Ubi Kayu
100ml kicap manis
2 sudu gula
1 sudu cuka
3 ulas bawang putih

Cara membuatnya:
1. Salutkan ayam yang sudah dipotong dan dibersihkan ke dalam tepung ubi kayu. Goreng sehingga masak dan toskan ayam tersebut.
2. Didalam kuali berasingan masukkan kicap manis, gula,cuka dan 3 ulas bawang yang di cincang. Kemudian masukkan ayam yang sudah digoreng dan gaul sehingga rata.
3. Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
