Ayam Goreng Pedas Korea | Spicy Korean Fried Chicken

Bahan:

Kepak ayam

Tepung ubi

Minyak Masak

Untuk sos:

3 ulas bawang putih

3  sudu cili giling

2 sudu sos tomato

1 sudu kicap

2 1/2 sudu madu

1 sudu cuka

Cara membuatnya:

1. Salutkan ayam yang sudah dibersihkan dengan tepung ubi dan goreng dalam lingkungan 12-15 minit dan toskan ayam tersebut.

2. Masukkan kesemua bahan sos ke dalam kuali dan kacau. Masukkan ayam yang di goreng dan kacau sehingga rata. Kemudiaan keluarkan ayam tersebut.

3. Sedia untuk dihidang.
