Ayam Goreng ButterMilk

Bahan-Bahan :
1. 4 sudu besar Minyak Masak SAJI
2. 1⁄2 cawan Krimer Sejat Cair SAJI
3. Garam Gunung SAJI danserbuk lada secukupnya
4. 1 ketul dada ayam – potong kiub kecil
5. 1 biji putih telur
6. 1⁄2 cawan tepung salutan ayam
7. 1 ulas bawang putih – cincang
8. 2 tangkai daun kari
9. 3 biji cili padi

Cara Menyediakan :
1. Perapkan ayam bersama Garam Gunung SAJI, serbuk lada dan putih telur selama 5-10 minit.
2. Golekkan ayam yang telah diperap ke dalam tepung salutan ayam dan goreng sehingga garing.
3. Panaskan Minyak Masak SAJI dan tumis bawang putih, daun kari serta cili padi sehingga wangi.
4. Masukkan Krimer Sejat Cair SAJI sedikit demi sedikit, tambah garam, lada, kacau sehingga menjadi pekat.
5. Tuangkan kuah keatas ayam goreng dan bolehlah dihidangkan.
